This 20 Centavos was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines in 1949-1969. It was printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company, Limited, London. The color of this note is olive green which was printed on a light green background.
It was signed by Carlos Garcia as President of the Philippines and M.Quaderno as Governor of the Central Bank. According to Guy N. Davis, in his book entitled: Collecting Banknotes of the Central Bank of the Philippines (1988), there were 150 Million notes printed.
