5 Pesos - II Plenary Council of the Philippines

This Five Pesos was issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in 1985-present. It was printed by Security Printing Plant, Philippines. The front of this note shows the portrait of Emilio Aguinaldo near center. The back of this note shows the declaration of the Philippine Independence on June 12, 1898 in Kawit, Cavite. The color of this note is green.

It was signed by Cory C. Aquino as President of the Philippines and J.B.Fernandez as Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. This note bears the overprint of the II Plenary Council of the Philippines 28 January to 17 February 1991.
