I was able to acquire the above medal from BSP.
This medal was issued to commemorate Mr. Estrada's oath taking as the 13th President of the Republic of the Philippines. Likewise, he is the first President to take his oath in Pilipino language. The reverse side of this coin shows the malacanang palace.
