This Fifty Pesos was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines in 1974-1985. It was printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company, Limited, London. The front of this note shows the portrait of Sergio Osmena at the left side. The back of this note shows the Old Legislative Building which is now the National Museum. The color of this note is red.

It was signed by Ferdinand Marcos as President of the Philippines and J.B.Fernandez as Governor of the Central Bank. According to Guy N. Davis, in his book entitled: Collecting Banknotes of the Central Bank of the Philippines (1988), there were 70 Million notes printed. This note belongs to the Serial Numbers from SM000001-VJ1000000.

20 Pesos ABL Series



This Twenty Pesos was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines in 1974-1985. It was printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company, Limited, London. The front of this note shows the portrait of Manuel Quezon at the left side. The back of this note shows the Malacanang Palace. The color of this note is orange.
