According to Neil Shafer there are 400,000 notes printed between September 25, 1920-Feb 25, 1921. This belongs to the series ranging from A1A-A400000A. This note was signed by S. Mercado and V. Concepcion.

Mercado and Miguel Unson.

One Peso, Series of 1924. this banknote is more than 85 years. This banknote shows the portrait of Charles A. Conant at the left side. Mr. Conant was considered the father of the US-Philippine Currency system, and was a leading proponent for the establishment of the Philippine National Bank.

This banknote was signed by S.Mercado and Rafael Corpus. There are 5,230,000 banknotes printed from February 3, 1925 to Sept 23, 1925 according to Neil Shafer. This also belong to the Serial Numbers ranging from D1D-D5230000D.

This is a rare spanish silver coin minted in Madrid, Spain.

Only 72,703 were minted according to Aldo P. Basso.
OBVERSE

The obverse side of this coin shows ALFONSO XII Por La G. De Dios. The bust of Alfonso XII is facing right.
REVERSE
While the reverse side of the coin shows Rey Const! De Espana/50/Cs and De PESO divided by the coat of arms.

THERE IS AN INSCRIPTION AT THE EDGE LEY. PATRIA. REY. which means LAW, COUNTRY and KING.

UN PESO ALFONSO XIII 1897


This is a rare spanish silver coin. It is more than 200 years.

Only 6,000,006 were minted in Madrid, Spain according to the book of Aldo Basso entitled Coins, Medals and Tokens of the Philippines 1728-1974 2nd Edition (1975).


OBVERSE: Alfonso XIII P.L.G.D.D., Rey C. De Espana. The young head of Alfonso XIII is facing left, the date is between two five pointed stars.

REVERSE: Islas Filipinas/UN Peso. Crowned coat of arms between two pillars in the center.

By carefully observing the coin you will notice that this coin carries three sets of initials: on the obverse below the neck, B.M. which stands for Bartolome Maura Montaner, the die sinker; on the reverse, left edge, S.G. for Arturo Sandoval and Antonio Garcia Gonzales, the assayers; and right edge, V. for the weight master, Remigio Vega y Vega.
